The basic information that we can share here regarding to a part of customer system for the bank that we have done.

Develop iPad mobile application for Bank customers feedback.

This application permit customer can rating with five status: Excellent, Good, Neutral,Bad and really Bad, etc.

In can customer click on Bad or really bad the mobile application will show input feedback via top up screen.

The application will store all feedback with format is Microsoft excel file in-app and permit admin export that file to the email address has hardcode (Admin can’t change the destination email account). After admin account logged to the app already.
